We use the "Foratable" reservation system from Lunchgate AG (Badenerstrasse 255, CH-8003 Zurich) on our website to efficiently manage table reservations. This allows you to view the availability of tables and times and make reservations. The system is also used to take reservations over the phone and walk-ins as well as a CRM tool for managing customer relationships.

The lawful processing of your data when using this system is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and exclusively for the stated purposes and to maintain security and functionality.

The personal data that you disclose to us for this purpose will be transferred to the servers used by Lunchgate AG in Germany. In accordance with Art. 16 para. 1 FADP, the Swiss Federal Council has determined the adequacy of the level of data protection in Germany in accordance with Art. 8 para. 1 of the Data Protection Ordinance (DPO).

The data is destroyed or anonymized as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of processing.
